Dominate your local RE market!

The first order of business is to announce the new AREIP Member’s Directory.

The Member’s Directory was initiated as a private area of the AREIP.org website that contained pages that were linked to from the AREIP Member Logo on Member’s websites.

But we started thinking – wasn’t there a better use for the Directory? Couldn’t it be used to generate leads for AREIP Members, especially those in the fast-paced world of foreclosure and short sales?

Well, after a few planning sessions, we decided that the best way to handle it was to create a separate website for the Directory. That way, homeowners and other visitors are given a quick way to look up those that can best help them in their area. They don’t need (and most likely don’t want) the distraction of all of the information on the AREIP.org site.

So the Directory was born.

If you are already an AREIP Member, please take advantage of this opportunity. Login to the AREIP Member’s Area and click on the “Member Logo” link at the left. Fill out the online form and, in a few days, you’ll have your own Directory listing.

If you’re not yet an AREIP Member, you can sign up for AREIP Membership by clicking here. Once your website is vetted to be certain that you adhere to our Website Standards, you can login and apply for inclusion in the Directory. If you need to make any changes to your website to be approved, we’ll let you know.

Why isn’t it automatic?

Some members would rather not be included and we respect their wishes. Also, we need you to supply us with the information you want on your Directory page.

Get on over to the Join Now page and get yourself listed in the Directory. Heck, just one solid lead could pay for YEARS of Membership dues!
