About AREIP.org
The Association of Real Estate Investment Professionals (AREIP.org) is a membership based organization of investors and person who are thinking of becoming real estate investors.
Our goal is to provide information on the marketing of real estate from both sides of the equation. An investor can’t sell a property until he owns it (or at least has equitable interest). So investors need to market as both a buyer and as a seller. In the case of pre-foreclosures (short sales) marketing is required to make the deal work for themselves, the lender and the homeowner.
We realized early on that consumer confidence is a commodity in short supply, whether the consumer is a seller via a creative deal, a short sale, or a “subject to”. a buyer to whom you are selling or renting one of your properties, or lender with whom you are attempting to do business. Consumers are naturally apprehensive of anyone who wants something from them.
In order to promote consumer confidence, we have established the AREIP “Building Consumer Confidence” Program. This program allows you to place an AREIP Member logo on your website. When a prospect (who is invited to “Click to Verify Membership”) clicks on that logo they are taken to your or your company’s own special web page in the AREIP Member’s Directory where they can verify things like name, address, contact information etc.
The AREIP Member’s Directory is also promoted in articles, video and audio files across the Internet for the purpose of generating leads for our members.
